Categories of Items and Return Conditions

  • Devices branded under viewtotake can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.
  • Once returned, such devices become the property of viewtotake.

Grocery and Fresh Items

  • Perishable grocery items cannot be returned but may be eligible for a refund or replacement in case of quality issues.

Customized Products

  • Products personalized or customized (e.g., engravings, monograms) are non-returnable unless defective or different from what was ordered.

Digital Products

  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, apps) are generally non-returnable. Exceptions include accidental purchases, which can be refunded if requested within 7 days.

Furniture and Mattresses
